Grand Oak Builders was formed to integrate private home builders with a focus on developing operational efficiencies and assisting home builders to achieve their potential in their regional markets. Our near term goal is to achieve national level significance in 2025 through selective and sequential residential home builder acquisitions and growth.

Executive Leadership
Dave Erickson, Founder and President
Dave has over 30 years of residential home building and development experience, primarily as a dominant regional builder in Southwest Georgia. During his career, he was frequently recognized as one of the fastest growing and largest builders in the United States as ranked by Builder Magazine and Professional Builder Magazine. Dave is an active board member and past president of the Greater Columbus Home Builder Association and currently serves as a board member for the National Association of Home Builders.
Dave served as a U.S. Army officer on active duty for 12 years. Primarily assigned to the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit as a shooter/instructor, he was recognized as a champion rifle shooter in several disciplines at the national and international level. Dave currently resides in Columbus, Georgia with his wife Rose Anne, an accomplished realtor/broker in the Columbus market. He is an avid outdoorsman with extensive experience in fly fishing and hunting across the United States. Dave has partnered with St. Jude Children’s Hospital and St. Jude’s Dream Home through the construction and raffling of 10 homes, raising over 6 million dollars for treating and curing childhood cancer.
